Gloria Pyjama Suit
Glossy Gloria. A shirt top with classic details: sewn-on cuffs and a lapel collar. It is difficult to find a more comfortable trouser cut: the back of the waist is elastic and the legs are wide. Topstitched creases hold the shape and sewn-on cuffs add a nice weight.
The suit is sewn in Tomasz Ossoliński’s atelier by staff specializing in exclusive tailoring. One glance is enough to see the quality – the piping was made with surgical precision, and there is quite a lot of that: the collar, lapels, pockets, cuffs and even the inner seams have been piped. This solution defines the shapes and attracts attention to details.
The set is airy and comfortable. Crafted from fabric with a shimmering coating that gives almost a holographic illusion – color changes with lighting, going from bronze to silver.
Daytime pyjamas, although somewhat surprising today, belong to resort wear classics. They are back in fashion almost every decade, invariably arousing: the surprise of the general public and the admiration of women seeking comfort and nonchalance. Pyjama suits stormed the beaches of the French Riviera and the Polish summer resorts of the 1920s. Later they gained a more evening look: silk sets and suits embroidered with pearls and crystals.
