Dominika Pyjama Suit
Satin Dominika. A shirt top with classic details: sewn-on cuffs and a lapel collar. Slightly shortened pants with pockets and side stripes. Topstitched creases hold the shape.
Tightly woven jacquard fabric with Chinese flowers motif. It has a subtle gloss and pleasant stiffness that defines the figure.
The suit is sewn in Tomasz Ossoliński’s atelier by staff specializing in exclusive tailoring. One glance is enough to see the quality – the piping was made with surgical precision, and there is quite a lot of that: the collar, lapels, pockets, cuffs and even the inner seams have been piped. This solution defines the shapes and attracts attention to details.
Daytime pyjamas, although somewhat surprising today, belong to resort wear classics. They are back in fashion almost every decade, invariably arousing: the surprise of the general public and the admiration of women seeking comfort and nonchalance. Pyjama suits stormed the beaches of the French Riviera and the Polish summer resorts of the 1920s. Later they gained a more evening look: silk sets and suits embroidered with pearls and crystals.
